Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
