Dispatch Time

Our products are made to order, which means production begins after your order has been placed. To ensure the highest quality, each item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

• Standard Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
• Pre-Orders: Please allow 15–30 business days for production, as additional time may be required to source and prepare materials.

Good things take time, and we assure you that every product is worth the wait. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed at no additional cost.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at kiranimes1@outlook.com.

Cancellation requests submitted after the initial 2-hour period will incur a 5% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total order value. This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs.

Please note that once an order enters production or processing, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Shipping Times & Costs

We proudly ship worldwide.

All shipping rates are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping and delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, international shipping is subject to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and local regulations.

As a result, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and cannot offer refunds solely due to shipping delays. Please review our Return Policy for more information.

Country-Specific Shipping Information

Argentina

Orders shipped to Argentina generally arrive within 30–45 business days.

Please note that customs clearance is required. Customers may need to provide documentation or pay applicable duties and taxes before delivery can be completed.

Failure to complete customs procedures promptly may result in additional delays.

South Korea

To ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery, please provide the recipient's name in Korean exactly as it appears on the personal customs clearance code registration.

Kazakhstan

Orders shipped to Kazakhstan may require additional transit time. Ground shipping generally takes 35–45 business days.

Albania

Orders shipped to Albania may also require additional transit time. Ground shipping generally takes 35–45 business days.

Notice for Shipments to French Overseas Territories

Due to tax regulations introduced by French authorities effective March 1, 2026, shipments to certain French overseas territories may be subject to a small parcel handling tax during customs clearance.

This regulation may apply to deliveries destined for:

• Guadeloupe (GP)
• Monaco (MC)
• Martinique (MQ)
• Réunion (RE)

A handling fee of approximately €2 per parcel may be charged by local customs or postal authorities. This fee is determined and collected by the relevant government agency or delivery carrier and must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.

Please note that this charge is not imposed by KIRANIMES and is entirely outside our control.

Delivery Information

Delivery Delays

During peak sales periods, holidays, or new collection launches, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, KIRANIMES cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Compensation cannot be provided for delivery delays after shipment.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Product prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges that may apply in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before placing an order.

KIRANIMES is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs procedures, nor for situations where customers are not notified by local authorities that duties or taxes are due before delivery.
